Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest complaints or concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth operations
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports for management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software (e.g., reservation systems)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bilingual/Multilingual Skills:
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, especially if it can assist in communicating with international guests
