SalaryWe are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phones, taking reservations, and handling check-ins and check-outs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information to callers.
- Manage reservations and cancellations.
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Process payments for guest services.
Raises will be considered according to job performance after a 90 day probationary period.
Looking for someone who can work 2 days 7-3PM shifts and 2 days 3PM-11PM shifts a week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
