Successful construction and commercial leasing company is adding to staff due to continued growth!!!
As a licensed broker, your time will be divided between in-house office duties as well as in the field. You will be responsible for assisting with the commercial leasing process which will include but not be limited to the following:
- Showing space to prospective tenants and performing walk-throughs
- Generating correspondence and drafting Letters of Intent
- Responding to calls and emails from tenants/prospective tenants
- Providing administrative support to the managing broker as required
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Integrity, reliability and the desire to make the right match for both the tenant as well as the company
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to prioritize responsibilities, follow-up in a timely manner and keep an organized calendar
- Real Estate Broker's License and reliable vehicle
- Valid driver's license and current insurance
