Who are we looking for?
We´re looking for a React Developer (Sitecore). This role offers a unique opportunity to work as part of a development team to advance the Sitecore product roadmap (MVP framework). You'll leverage your expertise to create user-facing features and reusable components, collaborating with backend developers and the Product team to seamlessly integrate frontend solutions with Sitecore. In order to adhere to enterprise development protocols and security guidelines, this role will work closely with the Global IS team.
This role can be based anywhere in the U.S.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Develop new user-facing features using React.js within the Sitecore platform, aligning with the established roadmap and business objectives.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, ensuring scalability and efficiency in development efforts.
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code, maintaining consistency and adherence to UI/UX design principles.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers, enhancing user experience.
- Collaborate with backend developers and API teams to integrate frontend solutions seamlessly with Sitecore backend systems and RESTful APIs.
- Contribute to the optimization and enhancement of the Sitecore platform, leveraging modern frontend development tools and technologies.
- Assist with design, coding, and unit/integration testing of desired features/user stories to meet roadmap acceptance criteria.
- Participate in the design, development, and modifications of new and existing features, ensuring alignment with project requirements and best practices.
- Contribute to the creation of new distributed components and interactions that align with the future system architecture requirements.
- Coordinate with peers, leadership, management, and product/customer stakeholders to successfully accomplish software tasking and meet project objectives.
What you will bring to the team:
- Candidate must be located in the United States, Santiago, Chile, Cebu or Manila, Philippines.
- Bachelor’s of Computer Science or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and React.js, with the ability to develop new user-facing features, build reusable components, and optimize performance within the Sitecore platform.
- Experience in translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring adherence to UI/UX design principles and compatibility across various devices and browsers.
- Ability to collaborate with backend developers and API teams, integrating frontend solutions seamlessly with Sitecore backend systems and RESTful APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, enabling active participation in software design, coding, and unit/integration testing to meet project requirements and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating coordination with peers, leadership, and stakeholders.
