THE ROLE:

RDI Engineer, Electrical Design

DESCRIPTION

• Detailed Electrical Design related to global delivery projects
• Create, modify, and update electrical drawings such as circuit diagrams, layouts, wiring harnesses/diagrams and manufacturing documentation
• Create component specifications, select components and search for proper component from vendors
• Create test plans, conducts testing and creates reports on results
• Working in close cooperation with embedded software developers, power electronics designers and mechanics designers
• Collaborate with sourcing, suppliers, manufacturing, and other cross-functions
  

In this role, occasional travelling may be required.

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Electrical Design of industrial products or systems
• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems and components, testing and validation
• Fluent usage of modern Electrical Design tools
• Experience of Electrical Design flow from drawings to transferring designs to manufacturing.
• Understanding laboratory work and related measurement devices
• B.Sc or M.Sc Degree in engineering or other relevant discipline
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Independent working style
• Curiosity to quickly develop in-depth knowledge of EV charging solutions
