The Keysight Electronic Design Automation (EDA) organization has an exciting opportunity for an Integrating Manager position in our EDA team to lead a portfolio that encompasses RF/microwave design, device modeling solutions and power electronics design. The responsibility will include teams that build solutions for RF circuit, electromagnetic and electrothermal designers and many more. The Portfolio Manager (Integrating Manager) is expected to operate cross organizationally, accountable for the topline and resource optimization.
Keysight EDA leads Keysight's growth in design-test workflow software, establishing Keysight as the undisputed leader in workflow solutions. The EDA product portfolio includes market-leading EDA and application-layer software and test and measurement software, including ADS, SystemVue, GoldenGate, and IC-CAP.
Lead high-powered Keysight EDA software development teams to deliver products into the fast-growing systems market with RF/microwave, device modeling and power electronics design products. Also lead the Foundry process design kit (PDK) team and provide solutions and services to all the leading world-class semiconductor foundries.
The successful candidate will lead a group of Operating Managers and engineers fostering great teamwork and working in collaboration with other worldwide managers across Keysight’s COE’s and IST’s. The manager will work closely with cross functional partners, work well across group boundaries, and work closely with customers. The candidate will lead Portfolio level SPR plans, manage Portfolio and Operations reviews, drive portfolio growth, and optimize R&D investments & efficiency.
The candidate will have good written and verbal communication skills in English.

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

California Pay Range: MIN $180,000.00 - MAX $300,000.00
