SalaryCity Mobile Group is looking for an experienced Radiology Tech with CT experience to join our team at Mercy Medical Center in Redding, CA!
Contract Details:
- 13 week assignment
- 10 hr Nights, M-W plus one additional shift (40 hrs)
- First to Float
- $85-90/hr depending on experience
Required Certifications:
- BLS
- Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT) Verification
- Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R) Verification
- COVID Vaccine Required (Certification), Fluoroscopy
Qualifications:
- Rad Tech I or Tad Tech II w/ CT
- 2 years experience
- Level II Trauma Experience preferred; but not required.
Duties:
- Perform medical imaging procedures such as X-Rays, PET scans, and other diagnostic evaluations
- Ensure the proper functioning of imaging equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and answering any questions
- Position patients correctly to obtain accurate images
- Follow aseptic techniques to maintain a clean and sterile environment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate interpretation of images
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
