Join The Keener Agency, an industry-leading insurance agency located in Victoria, Texas. As a Quoting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our team by calling and qualifying prospects for our agency.

This position will require the candidate to call lists of potential customers and qualify the prospect to see if they are a good fit for our agency. If they are a good fit, the Quoting Specialist will then transfer interested prospect to a Licensed Agent.
The telemarketer will be fully educated on what to say. No prior industry knowledge or licensing is required.
The pay is $10/hr plus $5 per live transfer
(Negotiable after 90 day trial period)

You will be responsible for making 50 dials and 1 transfer per hour worked.
Requirements
