Quote Specialist

Duties

• Work with sales team to produce accurate and timely job quotes.
• Report the customer’s input in an email to the salesperson, owner, and general manager.
• Develop and maintain a customer database with relevant information.

Requirements:
-Excellent quality control and proofing skills
- Knowledge of heavy equipment billing and/or sales quotes is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, word and other software programs
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
