Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Quick Service Manager to oversee our fast-paced operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, managing a team of dedicated staff, and maintaining our commitment to outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Quick Service establishment, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food quality standards.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, minimize wait times, and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and monitor food costs to ensure profitability.
- Address customer concerns and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with management to develop promotional campaigns and drive sales growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee schedules.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the Quick Service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
