Look for Mechanical Engineer/Designer/piping engineer who has experience with 3d reality modeling and tools like Zynq 360, Veerum, AutoCAD plant 3d and laser scanning.
PURPOSE OF JOB
The Digital Reality Solution Advisor will work closely with Product Solutions / Manufacturing Team, EMIT/Immersive Tech Organization, Global Projects to develop a deployment plan for Digital Reality Ecosystem (DRE) within Global Projects (GP) Organization. Role requires working with key business contacts and IT organizations to leverage 3D technologies (i.e. reality capture, digital asset management tools etc.) to drive business value, enforce data guidelines consistent with DRE Project and pave the way for GP Organization to move into a visual way of working.
This position is looking for highly motivated individuals to work in a global, multicultural environment in effort to enable integration and uptake of 3D technologies within GP. In addition, the individual will build deep understanding of the key business processes that leverage 3D technologies in order to ensure strategic alignment across multiple disciplines within GP.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES
- University degree - B.S. in Computer Science / Computer Information Systems or Engineering related degree.
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with Piping and instrumentation design (P&ID).
- Experience with key aspects of 3D technologies (3D modelling, CAD, reality capture)
- Experience with digital twin platforms (Aveva, Hexagon, Bentley, Autodesk)
- Experience with implementations of XR applications and associated XR hardware
- Passion and aptitude for immersive technology
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills as well as incident and change management knowledge
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills
- Experience working with and influencing 3rd parties
- Broad knowledge of industry standards and enterprise work processes
- Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
