I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Advise/Assist TEA stakeholders on:
- The development and tracking of DCS financial budget and projections.
- Identification and development of DCS annual and multi-year financial projections.
- Tracking monthly invoices and reconciliation with budget and projections.
- Monthly meetings with stakeholders to explain and reconcile DCS charges, budget and projections.
- Development and explanation of DCS LAR projections and estimates.
- Gathering operational data necessary to revise projections and estimates.
- Overall DCS budget and invoice reconciliation.
- Overall DCS contract administration aspects.
