The Quality and Accreditation analyst is responsible for managing and maturing our Performance Quality Management platform (tools, technology, reporting, analysis) and working with business areas to enable ongoing improvements in servicing efficiency and effectiveness. And performs and supports all other activities necessary to maintain quality and business performance programs and initiatives including accreditations across the organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Performance Quality Management platform management including technology platforms, tools, reporting, production environment, documentation, procedures, etc.
- Data management, governance, trending, and modeling
- Initiatives management: planning, facilitation, execution, presentation skills
- People skills: communication, relations, conflict management skill sets
- Process analysis: charts, value work streams, efficiency, effectiveness
- Automate intake data pulls
- Additional duties as assigned
- Accreditation data management and Reporting
- Cross departmental assistance in data collection and management
- Accreditation tasks and support
Education, Experience and Skill Sets
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong/expert Excel, Access, VBA and SQL skills
- Waterfall and/or agile SDLC experience
- 2+ years in Pharmacy benefits Management or Health Care preferred
- 2+ years process/project improvement experience
- Project and/or Change Management certification or experience equivalent
- Lean or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred or experience equivalent
- Pharmacy Quality and Accreditation experience preferred

Work Environment / Physical Demands
This position is in a typical office environment that requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard phone equipment. This position may at times require some out-of-state travel to other locations.
