Quality Technicians

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technicians to join our clients' team. The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and analyzing products and processes to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and report any deviations from quality standards or potential issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection and test results, including documentation of non-conforming products and corrective actions taken.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis of quality problems and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance processes and procedures, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends, developments, and regulatory requirements related to quality assurance.
