Pay Details: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Visually inspecting pieces of sheet products for defects. Packaging and labeling acceptable parts. A project could have several thousand pieces to be inspected.
- Following proper guidelines to maintain a safe manufacturing environment.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of attention.
- Assist the production supervisor. Assist and operate coating machine including setup and troubleshoot. Continuously monitoring production run during manufacturing process and record all relevant data.
- Willingness to learn all coating operations and eventually assume the duties of other operators as needed. Tasks will include, running the sheeter, the laser machine and other equipment.
- Perform acceptance tests for coated rolls during coating run operations.
- Maintain warehouse/ production areas. Clean to reduce foreign debris during coating operations. Operate and oversee maintenance of equipment.
- Utilize strong organizational and computer skill cross discipline knowledge, communication, and multitasking.
- Climbing and lifting up to 50lbs.
