Assists in the development, implementation and oversight of the PMG Quality and Safety Management Program and structure in collaboration with the Providence Medical Group Chief Operating Officer, Chief Medical Officer, Quality Medical Director, and Quality Improvement Manager.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- 3 years of Clinical experience demonstrating increasing responsibility and success in clinical quality improvement processes and methodologies and patient safety.
- 2 years of experience in creating training materials (e.g., workflows, job aids, and presentations), and providing trainings and education to providers and clinical support staff.
- 2 years of Project development and management including planning, decision-making, and budgeting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing or health care administration
- 3 years of Progressively responsible experience in management of diverse departments and staff or a combination of education and directly related work experience with ambulatory outpatient and medical/surgical experience.

About the Team
Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics and 30,000 caregivers.
