Quality Process Technician Job Purpose:
Quality Process Technicians are responsible for monitoring, implementing, and documenting that all standard operating procedures and/or documented process work instructions and quality standards are always being followed by production associates. Each procedure is written with specific details and order of steps performed to ensure that the process is repeatable, and a quality product is produced.
Job Duties:
· Evaluate and audit manufacturing process to ensure procedures and process in place are being followed and implemented.
· Documentation of manufacturing rework and remakes regarding each specific job into quality log daily.
o Possibility of scanning slips into the corresponding project folder.
· Communicating all quality related issues clearly and concisely to manufacturing associates involved in non-conformance issues.
o Non-conformance is defined as failure to conform to accepted standards of behavior—in relation to manufacturing a quality product.

· Inspect Raw materials by checking color, dimensions, and looking for any damage.
· Evaluating work instructions and standard operating procedures for process improvements and quality standards.
· Create visual aids for production associates.
· Help in the development of the certification process.
o Assist in training and development of associates.
o Audit and conduct testing.

· Randomized audits and inspections of manufactured product throughout the production process.
· Knowledge of all manufacturing standard operating procedures and work instructions.
· Unitize knowledge and interpersonal skills to provide leadership, direction, and development of production associates.
· Notifying Supervisor/Plant Manager if major quality issues arise to stop production and correct the issue.
Qualifications:
· Strong organizational skills.
· Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written).
· Proficient in basic Microsoft Office Applications.
· Problem solving skills.
· Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
· Heightened attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
