FM:Systems is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance EngineeringLeader, (Production Validation - Process Creation) to join our Product Engineering team.  This role is a senior level position for a very experienced validation engineer to lead our software quality and validation processes.  The ideal candidate will have many years of hands-on experience validating software products, defining QA processes for an agile environment, and leading other staff to achieve consistent high-quality releases.  Your day-to-day activities will be improving our Product Engineering validation processes, working collaboratively with the Engineering Leaders to execute and validate those processes, and training and leading the Quality Assurance staff to improve skills.  This is not a personnel management position but instead extremely focused on process improvement and execution, skills enhancement, and overall quality improvement.  There will be hands on testing (manual and automated) but the majority of time will be spent ensuring our teams are achieving well defined quality levels for our products.
