Position Overview: As a Quality Process Engineer, your primary responsibility is to ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of manufacturing processes in accordance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement quality control measures, and drive continuous process optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Evaluation and Improvement:
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, improve productivity, and reduce waste.
- Quality Assurance:
- Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory standards.
- Conduct audits and inspections to monitor compliance with quality assurance protocols.
- Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate documentation of Quality Processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality records.
- Generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), quality metrics, and process improvements.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of Quality Processes throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide technical support and guidance to resolve quality-related issues and promote a culture of quality excellence.
- Training and Development:
- Conduct training sessions to educate employees on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting awareness and involvement in quality initiatives.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay updated on relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as ISO, FDA, and other applicable standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in quality engineering, process improvement, or related roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS), Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Excel).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) is a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
