Growing job shop and contract manufacturer has an immediate opening for an experienced professional to direct quality operations. Responsible for all incoming and in-process part and material inspections, control of non-conforming material, maintenance of quality records, processes, and procedures, implementation of the QMS, completion of internal ISO audits and reporting, and coordination with customer and vendor quality personnel.
Must have 3 – 5 years of experience in quality operations with an ISO certified manufacturer, the ability to accurately interpret blueprints and drawings, and a working knowledge of GD&T. Must have excellent communication skills and be proficient with all MS Office products. Knowledge of PPAP development and/or NQA-1 data package submission requirements desired. CAD/CAM software knowledge and drafting skills a plus. A technical or business degree desired.
Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds unassisted and up to 70 pounds with assistance.
