Job Title: Quality Manager

Job Type: Full-time/Direct Hire/On-site

Reports to: President

Hours: Days

Pay: Targeting $70,000 - $75,000 annually

As their Quality Manager, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

• Work with project managers and broader management team to develop quality review programs and quality standards in product development
• Lead activities related to achieving and maintaining an ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System.
• Develop and conduct training on a variety of topics related to quality programs, initiatives, and awareness.
• Interface with UL Field Engineers and maintain UL product safety mark
• Maintain test equipment and calibration records.
• Analyze trends, identify, and build action plans to improve quality initiatives, and present recommendations to company leaders.
• Maintain a system of records for quality initiatives.

We're actively looking for Quality Managers with the following background profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of quality leadership in manufacturing
• Minimum of 8 years of quality specific experience in a manufacturing setting or similar field.
• Proficient reading engineering drawings, MRP documentation, and other technical instructions
• Proficient in application of PC, including ISO/QMS
