REQUIREMENTS:
- Create corporate and plant standard processes
- Maintain the IATF quality systems and ensure compliance with the IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 audit standards
- Lead corporate auditing with plant Quality Managers for the IATF 16949 quality management system
- Create the standard and manage the document control system and processes for Motus
- Assist manufacturing sites in tracking findings and closure of findings using interim and permanent corrective actions to close all findings
- Maintain IATF audit records and track costs associated with audits
- Manage reporting of manufacturing sites Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Support all company policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-year degree in BA/BS in Business, Management, or Engineering required or 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Management leadership role with 3+ years of audit experience
- Experience directly supporting customer sites a plus
- Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and adaptability
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required)
- Proficient in English
- Ability to work with multi-cultural team members
