Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute quality control strategies, manage inspections, implement corrective actions, and maintain detailed reports to ensure product quality.
• Conduct thorough investigations of both internal and external quality issues, devise corrective strategies, and compile comprehensive reports to management.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by monitoring quality ratings, initiating improvements, and fostering strong relationships to address and resolve quality concerns.
• Manage Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) processes, from proposing solutions to delivering detailed management reports.
• Lead quality assurance efforts in planning and engineering phases, collaborating closely with the Quality Coordinator to refine designs for manufacturability and customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of Customer Specification Revisions, aligning with strict quality requirements.
• Propel supplier quality development programs and contribute to the creation of TS16949-compliant procedures and instructions.
• Engage in delivering technical presentations, participating in quality management discussions, and steering inspection and testing operations.
• Oversee the Quality Department's personnel management, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, complemented by at least five years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Boasts a successful track record in a Quality Manager role, showcasing excellent problem-solving capabilities and a deep understanding of customer quality standards.
• Knowledgeable about TS/ISO requirements, with a preference for candidates experienced in the Japanese automotive industry.
