Responsibilities
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Quality Management support in an ITIL v4 and IT Service Management framework.
Implement a quality management program defining the quality control and assurance processes employed to ensure deliverables and services are of a high quality as set forth in the SLAs.
Create and maintain a Quality Assurance Plan (QAP). The QAP shall govern deliverable quality, feedback, and related decisions, including instances where the Government has rejected a deliverable, the remedy, timeline to remedy, and the outcome.
Review and approve deliverables to ensure high quality.
Assist the team with root cause analyses.
Perform regular audits on internal processes for effectiveness and adherence.
Collect metrics that accurately report on process/SLA adherence and effectiveness.
Lead risk management for the program. Establish a risk and opportunity register to capture risks and opportunities details, severity, exposure, mitigation actions, etc.

Qualifications
Basic Qualification:
U.S. Citizen
An active SECRET or the ability to obtain a SECRET Clearance.
Bachelor's degree with 10 years, master's degree with 8 years; four (4) years of experience can be substituted in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
Experience implementing or supporting SLAs (Ticket Open, Customer Satisfaction, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Experience working with government senior level and/or executive level leadership.
Experience creating and documenting IT processes.
Experience working within the ITIL / ITSM framework
Ability to work independently and take initiative to do what is needed to achieve learning goals.
Ability to communicate with individuals at many different levels from within and from outside of the organization.
Experience as a lead or manager Target Salary Range
