Quality Improvement Specialist

Full-time | 40 hours/week

8am-4:30pm

Monday-Friday

Provides support for System quality, patient safety and patient experience.

Validates and facilitates activities to improve quality and patient safety across the System and to advance the effort of a highly reliable organization.

Delivers services in partnership with leaders throughout the System to ensure performance improvement is realized and sustained.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field is preferred.
• High School Diploma and five years of experience in quality, healthcare, mathematics, statistics or related field may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.

Experience

• 2-3 years in a clinical environment is preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• LEAN/Six Sigma Certification preferred.
