SUMMARY

Using customer or internal specifications to perform a visual inspection of copper clad laminates; segregating and conforming products. Verify all metal stamps for accuracy, location and legibility. Maintain all prior functions were completed correctly according to the traveler.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Visual inspection of product surface.
• Overall thickness measurements.
• Complete inspection documents accurately.
• Maintain disposition of lot tests as directed.
• Help train new employees.
• Use weight scale in packaging area to determine stack weight.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• This position requires a minimum of a High school diploma or GED.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

The ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively in the English language is required for all roles.

REQUIRED SAFETY EQUIPMENT/TRAINING

AGC follows all required OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standard industry guidelines in-regards to the use of personal protective equipment and safety training required for the specific job function.

PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• May be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
• Ability to Stand, walk, sit, use of hands to handle, feel, or grasp objects, tools, or controls.
• Reach and lift with hands and arms; lift/move/carry objects up to 25 lbs. in weight.
• Climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch.
• Ability to talk and hear for safety on the production floor.
• Visual ability to see things in close vision, distance vison, color vision, peripheral vison, depth perception and ability to adjust focus as needed.

PAY

$17.00/hr

WORK SCHEDULE/OVERTIME

1st – 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Overtime as required. Business hours.
