Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in product quality and manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Participate in the development of new products, ensuring quality standards are met
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams
- Conduct audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control processes
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in Quality Engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools
- Proficient in using logic controllers, Quantum engineering, Plastics injection molding, CAM programming, CAD, Robotics, and other relevant software or equipment
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Six Sigma is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
