Quality Engineer

Job Summary: Seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure quality in all phases of the fabrication/manufacturing process and maintain continuous production of products consistent with established standards.

Job Requirements:

• Perform product launch process on new products released in the assigned departments.

• Plan and conduct analysis, inspection, test, and/or integration to assure the quality of assigned products or components.

• Ensure inspection control plans are created, published, and maintained for all parts that fit the designated criteria.

• Work with buyers to address vendor quality and ensure appropriate investigation and corrective actions are taking place.

• Apply statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

• 1 + years experience in a manufacturing environment.

• 1 + years quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with multiple levels of the organization.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a positive attitude and high degree of initiative.

• Basic knowledge of mechanical and manufacturing theory and design.

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
