Location: Watertown, WI
Pay Range: $22-27 per hour

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dedicated Quality Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our quality assurance processes.
Job DescriptionJOB LOCATION: WATERTOWN, WI
Role Overview:
As a Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our quality procedures. You will play a key role in creating documentation, analyzing data, and implementing metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of our quality assurance initiatives. Additionally, you'll assist in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continual improvement projects to ensure our products consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
Essential Functions:
Maintain Gage Calibration System: Ensure all gages are calibrated, perform gage analysis, order new gages, and maintain inventory.
Non-Conformances/Corrective Actions: Facilitate root cause analysis, verify effectiveness of corrective actions, and ensure timely closure of non-conformances.
Product Inspection: Perform inspections to ensure products meet blueprint specifications using applicable gages.
Document Control: Compile and maintain quality documentation, including ISO documentation, control plans, and work instructions.
Vendor Relations: Monitor vendor non-conformances, coordinate corrective actions, and maintain relationships to ensure product quality.
Quality Support: Provide technical support to sales and other departments as needed.
Product Testing: Conduct product testing using lab equipment and update product routing as necessary.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent with three years of relevant experience.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Effective problem-solving abilities and task prioritization.
Strong communication and computer skills.
Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
Ability to read blueprints and part drawings.
Physical ability to perform moderate lifting and tasks.
Knowledge of algebra, geometry, decimals, fractions, and metric/English conversions.
ASQ Certified Quality Technician preferred.
Familiarity with AIAG Core Tools preferred.
Knowledge of manufacturing methods preferred.
