'Main Responsibilities'
- The Quality Control Technician is responsible for ensuring product quality for work in process, finished products and raw materials by following established methods and procedures.
`Duties`
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company and customer standards
- Perform data collection and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Operates lab equipment required to perform job functions. (Color spectrophotometers, scales, air mixers, spray guns, gloss meter, DFT gauge, light booth, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Quality Control processes
- Collect and maintain Quality Control documentation, including inspection reports and non-conformance records
`Experience`
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a quality technician or color matching role
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and conducting quality inspections
- Experience with data collection and analysis for quality management purposes
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
