Job Description
We are hiring for our client in the Sarasota FL area, for a 2nd shift/Nighttime Quality Control Supervisor. Pay based on Experience $18-$24 an hour. Shift is 1:30pm to 10PM Monday through Friday.

Job Description
• Monitor employees in the shops to ensure efficiency and accountability.
• Assist with the training of employees in shops.
• Report employee and quality issues appropriately
• Practice constructive communication both verbal and written.
• Requirements: Ability to lead a team, ability to follow directions, ability to work independently and with others across departments.
Delivering better candidates by customizing the screening and assessment process for each and every customer.
Quickly building a diverse candidate pipeline to reduce hiring time and cost.
Offering flexible workforce options such as: temp, temp-to-hire, and direct hires.
