Job Overview: As the Quality Control Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining our client's IATF 16949:2016 Quality Program. From overseeing internal audits to leading a dynamic team of inspectors, this role offers a chance to make a significant impact on quality and compliance.
Salary: $60,000-$92,000/Year (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
Job Overview: As the Quality Control Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining our client's IATF 16949:2016 Quality Program. From overseeing internal audits to leading a dynamic team of inspectors, this role offers a chance to make a significant impact on quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Internal Audits: Lead system, first piece, in-process, and final audits to ensure compliance with IATF 16949:2016 standards.
- Calibration: Manage equipment and tool calibration processes, collaborating with teams to ensure precision.
- Corrective/Preventive Actions: Drive the corrective/preventive action program, conducting root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
- Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of 4 quality shift inspectors, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- First Article Inspection / PPAP: Conduct training on AIAG Core Tools, ensuring active knowledge for FAI and PPAP submissions.
- Document Control: Oversee document control processes, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of critical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with IATF 16949:2016 standards.
- Proven track record in managing internal audits and calibration processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of AIAG Core Tools for FAI and PPAP.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
