This is an on-site/full-time/contract-to-hire position
Hourly based on experience: Up to $18-$20/hr
Position Summary:
The Quality Control Inspector is a member of the Quality Assurance team and plays a key role in inspecting all Production Equipment and Circuit Boards with particular emphasis on Surface Mount Technology. Under the direction of the Quality Control Supervisor, the Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for 100% inspection of Production Equipment and circuit boards as well as other areas of inspection of Production assemblies.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Quality Control Inspector shall be responsible for 100% inspection of all Production Equipment and production circuit boards identifying all defects such as incorrect component orientation, cold solder, solder shorts plus any other defect. During periods when demand for inspection of SMT circuit boards is not required, this individual shall support inspection of other production items such as circuit boards and final products including amplifiers, alarm systems, and communications equipment.
