I. Job Responsibilities
· End of Line 100% Inspection according to Work Instruction.
· Responsible for identifying reject and rework glass.
· Responsible for filling up the daily defect report.
· Responsible for data collection on the line.
· Perform any quality evaluation test of the glass and components.
· Stop the line according to the escalation process.
· Perform GP12 inspection and correct packaging of parts.
· Review the Shipping plan to define inspection priorities.
· Confirm labels required for shipment.
· Dock audit for shipment
· Assist on developments measuring and sorting.
· Rework of parts to meet customer specifications.
· Perform inventories.
· SCRAP evaluation and disposal.
· Any other duties assigned by the supervisor as required.
High School Diploma/GED
Ability to lift 25 pounds repetitively for an 8-hour shift.
Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
