Quality Control Inspector

Skilled and detail-oriented SPC QC Floor Inspector to join our team. The SPC QC Floor Inspector will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of products manufactured on the production floor. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of products on the production floor to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to monitor and analyze production data.

Identify and report any deviations from quality standards to the appropriate personnel.

Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize defects and improve product quality.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality documentation

Assist in the development and implementation of Quality Control procedures and processes.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in Quality Control is a plus

Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector in a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques and tools

Familiarity with Quality Control standards and regulations

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in using computer software and applications related to Quality Control and data analysis
