Overview
Prince Telecom, a national leader in the telecommunications industry, is looking for a Quality Control Field Auditor to join our team!
Hourly Rate: $20/hr
Job Type: Full-time
What you'll do:
- Perform Quality Control checks in the field with our cable/fiber technicians.
- Select audits by working with operations supervisors, managers, and field check partners to prevent potential damages.
- Perform field audits for accuracy of marks and compliance with applicable state laws, regulations, and contractual obligations per clients.
- Conduct root cause analysis on quality failures.
- Complete all applicable forms and documents required, and communicate findings with management.
- Correct field risk findings and coach/mentor technicians.
- Perform ride-alongs with field technicians to inspect jobs and make corrections to meet job specifications.
- Provide frequent and ongoing feedback to field check partner to improve quality results and reduce damages.

Qualifications
Who we are looking for:
- Fiber/Cable installation experience (required)
- Troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail
- Leadership qualities
