The Authentication Quality Control Authenticator will manage daily authentication reviews within the e-commerce centers. This position closely partners with authentication, education and experience, customer service, consignor relations and loss prevention.
What You Get To Do Every Day
- Conduct QC in the e-commerce centers including:
- Random samples
- Site QC
- Consignor QC
- Vendor QC
- Brand Audits
- Maintain Quality Control Report Card and corresponding product organization of
- Sequestered product
- Consignor blocklist
- Assist with Authentication help desk management including answering customer service inquiries and conducting re-evaluations of items returned for authenticity concerns
- Support authentication training strategies based on QC findings in collaboration with Education & Experience department including:
- Assist with content updates for LRA and HRA brand reference guides
- Assist with training product organization
- Provide recommendations for authentication process improvements and at-risk brands
- Contribute to positive culture of learning and improvement
- HRA collaboration
- Daily review of high value product, items processed by newly trained employee, and rejected items
- Facilitate brand training workshops
- Act as a point of contact for HRA product questions
- Communicate HRA QC Fails to HRA Management
- Assist with production needs if backlog exceeds 10k units
- LRA collaboration
- Join LRA authentication huddles to share authentication key points
- Communicate LRA QC Fails to LRA Management and provide coaching and feedback to LRA authenticators/management in reference to QC'd product found to be highly questionable, including strike determination
- Act as a point of contact fo LRA product questions
- Support pipeline testing as communicated by Director of Authentication and Brand Compliance
What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements
- Possess extensive product knowledge across multiple designers and categories
- Ability to conduct thorough research, think analytically, and excels and takes pride in their investigative traits and high authentication skills
- Comprehensive understanding of TRR business flow including product pipeline
- Works well independently and takes initiative
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks and deadlines
- Proven ability to work quickly and effectively with very strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Google sheets/Excel
- Level 4 or equivalent combination of internal experience
Preferred Requirements
- Looker experience is a plus
The expected hourly rate for this role is $49,128.00 - $65,504.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
