Quality Control Assistant

Quality Control Assistant shift 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM- Must be open to working overtime, shift can end after 6:00 pm on some days. Monday through Friday. Candidates must be dependable and strong tenure in previous positions.

Temp to Hire $16.50 to $17.50 hourly

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality assurance/Quality Control Assistant to join our team. As a QA/QC Assistant, you will play a critical role in our research, development, and Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) laboratory.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting samples from the production line and other sources as needed.
• Conducting various tests and experiments in the laboratory.
• Maintaining accurate records of all tests, experiments, and results.
• Preparing and analyzing retained samples for further research and development.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment.
• Contributing to a clean and organized work environment.
• Writing detailed reports on test results and providing recommendations for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a laboratory or Quality Control role is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and practices.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
