Quality Business Analyst

We are looking for a Quality Business Analyst (Temp)
Pay rate range: $33.65 - $44.18
Position Summary
The Business Quality Data Analyst develops and manages quality solutions that improve business results by proactively improving quality key performance indicator (KPIs) results. The Quality Business Analyst plans, coordinates, and executes the Quality Assurance Data reporting, tracking, trends analyst, and action items to improve the Business Quality Management System.

Job Duty
• Perform data mining activities, developing solutions to manage data utilizing Excel, Access and/or newly developed software system(s)
• Work in a comprehensive process for gathering quality metrics, determining data validity, compiling and sorting data, analyzing data trends, and charting and presenting results to various levels of management.
• Reviewing, analyzing, and reporting on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems.
• Implementing process improvement for the Quality organization to improve efficiency and affordability.
• Develops, designs, and establishes reporting standards for the site.
• Develop and implement standardized processes, continuous improvement, and training for stakeholders.
• Evaluates and monitors the performance and efficiency of projects to ensure that timelines are met. Evaluates the progress of the project and communicates regular updates to project teams and company leadership
• Validate quality requirements to create conceptual, logical and physical data models and training.

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities List
• Experience with various Customer portals
• Knowledgeable of AS9100D
• SAP experience is required (3-5 years)
• Experience utilizing and building dashboard software similar to Power BI
• Problem solver
• Self-directed/Self-Starter
• Must have excellent analysis skills (hypothesis testing, control charts, trend analysis)
• SME in Database management, MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Environmental & Physical Requirements
Office / Sedentary Requirements
Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
Manufacturing / Non-Sedentary Requirements
Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work may be performed in an office or warehouse environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, or climb. May have possible exposure to dust, and may require the ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds 33% - 66% of the time.
