- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience in manual and automated testing techniques and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Proficiency in writing test cases, test scripts, and test plans to validate software functionality.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to articulate test findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role in software development projects.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Proficiency in requirement elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation techniques.
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or draw.io for creating process flows and wireframes.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and domain knowledge as required.

Salary: $32.81 - $39.51 per hour
