Job Description
The ideal candidate has great communication skills, can remove roadblocks, detail oriented, and has a knack for breaking websites. this individual will work closely with Developers, Product Managers and other Quality Assurance Techs to ensure the proper operation of the production environment. During the development cycle, this individual will identify use cases, create test cases, execute tests, and report results.
Must have skills/experience:
- 4+ years industry experience testing software, including website applications.
- 4+ years manual testing experience
- Experience writing test plans
- Experience with app or web testing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency working in a Linux/Unix environment.
- Experience with QA process and Software Development Life Cycle.
Preferred skills/experience:
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Java and SQL is desired, but not required.
- Experience with Selenium highly desired
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Compensation: $55.00 per hour
