What we need…
The responsibility of the QA Team Lead is to ensure the QA Agents are reviewing the medical records for the correct patient information and any requested medical information pertaining to the medical chart from our clients. The QA Team Lead will QA charts, work charts in rejected in QA, answer questions, coach agents when errors are found, spot check QA agents work weekly, and hand out the work the to the QA Agents as necessary
Responsibilities:- Ensuring that the employee follows their schedules properly as designed
- Meet and/or exceed required goals for efficiency, accuracy and speed
- Review each page of the chart/progress notes to make sure that the records retrieved are for the correct member and meets predetermined requirements
- Answer QA Agent questions
- Coach QA Agents if errors are found
- Spot check QA Agents work
- QA charts as necessary
- Ensure the confidentially of data collected and stored is maintained appropriately
- Any other duties assigned by Manager
- The employee must be able to follow Company policies
- Receive direction from others, work effectively with co-workers in a constructive and positive manner
- May step in to complete required reporting and audits when necessary
- Perform other tasks and duties as necessary
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-year experience as a QA Agent.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
