Job Description
822 OASAS Licensed outpatient program seeking experienced full time Quality Assurance Supervisor. Must have experience with 822 OASAS regulations and a minimum of five years in an OASAS outpatient setting. Must be willing to travel in the tri state area and have a reliable mode of transportation. Will be supervised directly by Compliance Officer who is an LCSW-R.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts Quality Assurance and utilization reviews.
- Conducts recurrent audits of clinical records and reports on quantitative and qualitative compliance with clinical record keeping in OASAS certified programs.
- Review and report on compliance with standards related to engagement of new patients such as timely assignment of counselor and delivery of initial counseling sessions and retention.
- Provide in-service trainings and orientation to new and existent staff.
- Conduct service deliver audits including group therapy and intake evaluations.
- Provide clinical back up as necessary.
- Performs other relevant duties as required.
- Reports directly to the Corporate Compliance Officer
REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION/TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- CASAC, LMSW, LCSW or LMHC Required
- Human Resource Experience preferred
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance in an Outpatient 822 program required.
- Proficiency with computer operation (Microsoft Word, Excel, Electronic Health Records and Outlook programs).
- Must demonstrate excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
