Description of the Position:
An ID Logistics Quality Assurance Supervisor ensures that products and services meet the customer and company expectations. By developing policies, overseeing work for quality, and reviewing customer complaints and criticism; the quality supervisor aims to continually improve and maintain our company’s quality of work and product. They will follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. In addition, the candidate will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
Responsibilities:
• Understands LOTO (Lock-Out-Tag-Out) requirements for facility equipment.
• Review and updated cleaning master schedule, cleaning SOPs and forms.
• Do weekly Inventory and order sanitation materials and chemicals.
• Organize the cleaning line teams and housekeeping from all shifts and theirs tasks.
• Training cleaning line teams and housekeeping personnel on their tasks and chemical use.
• Perform and document post cleaning and preoperational equipment inspection.
• Correctly generates required reports and properly process documentation and understands the verification process.
• File all quality and sanitation records and documentation.
• Properly audits, inspects, and verifies the quality of the product to ensure company and customer requirements are met.
• Overview the Quality Lead responsibilities and cover them when necessary.
• Review the shift documentation every day and report any not compliance with costumer specifications.
• Organize and file all quality documentation.
• Properly identifies and timely resolves quality discrepancies as necessary; recommend resolutions.
• Accurately and timely enters data into quality system.
• Review forms, and records on any electronic Quality system to control the accuracy of the documentation.
• Properly reviews, prepares, verifies product samples; communicate results.
• Properly and safely performs routine inspections.
• When is necessary ensure all paperwork required for production are completed accurately and maintained in accordance with company standards; communicate and resolve discrepancies, as necessary.
• Correctly maintains and generates required reports, properly process, audits and files various documentation.
Properly inspects and verifies the quality of the product to ensure company and customer requirements are met.
• Ensure all paperwork required for production are completed accurately and maintained.
• Understands the process for placing product on hold as well as the disposition process for donors, finished goods product and packaging material.
• Understands requirements for sanitation, security, and food safety as it pertains to them and those assigned to their line.
• full understanding of the GMP's to apply and ensuring escalation to the team members understand and Line lead to address/ resolve any non-conformance issues.
• Understands and demonstrates the requirements to ensure proper product coding, donor age, weight control and printed product requirements.
• Obtain, labels, document, and store microbiological and library retain samples per customer requirement.
• Handled the quality shift change and ensures the oncoming shift is appropriately organized with quality forms and instructions.
• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality are job requirements.
• The ability to get along with others and non-violence is a job requirement to consistently promote a positive team environment.
• Perform other tasks and/or duties as they may be assigned.
Assist other employees in the performance of their assigned duties when necessary.
• Demonstrates an understanding of company Codes and Food safety and quality policy.
• Complain with regulatory, company Food Safety and quality programs requirements.
• Adhere to company, facility, and costumer requirements for Good Manufacturing Practices
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- A clear understanding of basic math skills.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and teamwork in meeting goals and objectives.
- Demonstrates commitment to process excellence by ensuring proper, efficient, and accurate use of the process.
- Communicates well with leadership, team members and other departments.
- Ability to read and understand SDS, LOTO process, cleaning process to complied with customer specifications.
- Preferred ability to use or capable of learning to use the computer with spreadsheet and statistical quality control.
