CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our product team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a crucial role in assessing software quality, identifying bugs and defects and ensuring that our products, applications, and systems work as intended and deliver the highest standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance. This position requires meticulous attention to detail. The Quality Assurance Specialist must be comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Development, Clinical, Sales, Client Success in a support role to identify, diagnose, resolve and communicate resolution effectively.

Primary Responsibilities
- Work Closely with the Product and Development Teams to Improve and Optimize Existing Products and Features
- Conduct Quality Assurance Reviews and Testing for Existing Products, New Products and New Feature Releases to Ensure All Products and Features Exceed Customer Expectations
- Provide Proper Documentation of Test Results and Output
- Plan and Lead User Acceptance Testing Efforts with Cross-Functional Teams
- Serve as Technical Support Resource for Digital Properties, Including Fielding, Diagnosing, Replicating, Documenting and Communicating Resolution of Issues
- Refine and Develop Knowledge Base Documents to Continuously Meet the Needs of Internal Stakeholders
- Conduct End-to-End Product Testing for Both Mobile App and Desktop
- Understand and Apply Software QA Process and Test Types, Including but Not Limited to Component, Integration, System, Functional, Non-Functional, User Acceptance and Regression Testing
- Proactively Anticipate Fringe Use Cases and Maintain Comprehensive Documentation for Product and Development
- Develop and Execute Test Cases to Verify Business and Product Requirements within Specified Timelines
- Isolate, Reproduce, Prioritize, Track and Verify Fixes
- Utilize and Promote Quality Assurance Best Practices Across Functions
- Continuously Seek Ways to Improve Product Quality and QA Processes
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field (E.G., Engineering, Quality Management) or Equivalent Experience
- Three to Five Years in Quality Assurance within Technology
- Prior Experience with Technical Support
- Impeccable Attention to Detail
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment with Tight Deadlines, Shifting Priorities, and Pressure While Consistently Delivering Quality Results
- Strong Teamwork and Work Ethic with a Positive Attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and HelpScout is a Plus
- Experience with Agile Frameworks and Methodology is a Plus
