What will you be doing:
As a Quality Assurance Nurse, you handle the review and finalization of clinical documentation of field nurse within assigned agency's; liaison between our company, regulatory bodies, and our patients; provide education and guidance on OASIS and other skilled nursing adherence.
What will you come with:
- 2 years of Clinical QA experience within Home Health Services preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE WellSky
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Case Management with OASIS, ICD10, CPT Coding experience
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
