What’s the Opportunity?

Are you someone with a passion for quality who is seeking an opportunity to be part of a growing team? If so, Anchor QEA is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to help take our Quality Program to the next level. We are looking for an individual dedicated to enhancing our client satisfaction through an impactful Quality Program. This position reports directly to the Director of Quality.

Responsibilities:

In support of the Director of Quality:

• Maintain and continually improve the company’s quality management system
• Aid in the development of work procedures and standards to improve the process efficiency and effectiveness by collaborating with team members to draft, write, format, edit and critically evaluate corporate and program documents and presentations
• Work with Director of Quality in maintaining configuration and access control of documents, deliverables, and content repositories
• Maintain systematic inventory of all QMS materials and documentation
• Evaluate current documentation for inconsistencies and gaps and ensure their periodic review for update
• Ensure the promotion and awareness of corporate and client requirements throughout the organization
• Assist in training all personnel on the organization’s Quality Management System
• Assist in the preparation of quality and audit reports
• Assist with corporate Management Review meetings
• Assist in preventive measures, promote, and implement improvement programs
• Develop creative solutions to tackle challenges
• Perform root cause analysis for addressing nonconformities, and assist with planning and assessing audit results and analyses of non-conformances
• Manage the organization’s efforts in obtaining ISO 9001 certification
• Assist with monitoring, measuring, and reviewing internal processes to ensure compliance with current ISO 9001 quality standard

What Are We Looking For?

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, English, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality management systems, audit/compliance, process improvement or operational excellence
• Have thorough understanding of ISO 9001 quality management system standards or the ability to learn, apply and train others on this standard
• Energetic and forward-thinking team player with high ethical standards
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proven record of communicating effectively with all levels of organization’s employees
• Strong relationship building skills, including ability to earn trust of business partners, professional demeanor, and relentless follow-through in a non-threatening manner
• Demonstrated experience in individual contributor technical writing within a quality management system required
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Instrumental in continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives
• Process-oriented and precise with attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience in developing, improving, and delivering quality-related training curriculum
• Disciplined to work remotely
• Strong desire to be part of a mission driven organization
• Ability to coordinate and meet requirement at multiple geographically dispersed locations
• Some travel required
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Base Level Benefits for Regular Full-Time Positions:
