Job Description
As a Quality Systems Manager (also known as Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Control Manager), you'll oversee all plant quality systems and audits, manage the quality group, and troubleshoot quality issues. You'll also be responsible for the implementation and coordination of the Plant SPC Program, customer complaint investigations, and continuous improvement efforts. This role also involves training support for Quality Staff and managing quality budgets.

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum three (3) years related industrial experience.
- Knowledge of SPC, quality systems management, project management, good manufacturing practices, SQF, and computer proficiency (Windows, ERP systems, word processing/spreadsheets).
