Position Title:Quality Assurance Engineer
Department: Product
Reports to: Senior Software Developer
Job Description:
- Develops, publishes, and executes test plans and test cases.
- Develops Quality Assurance standards.
- Defines and tracks Quality Assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
- Must have a working knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Testing and diagnosing existing web-based software products through debugging, regression testing, participating in code reviews, creating unit tests, and debugging.
- Writing technical specifications and other supporting documentation for software products.
- Assisting the Support team to resolve customer issues requiring detailed knowledge of the inner workings of software products.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in English and technical writing skills.
- Strong knowledge of Internet and Microsoft technologies.
- 3+ years of testing web applications.
- 3+ years of testing and scripting SQL.
- 3+ years’ experience testing web services and client/server applications.
- Able to quickly react to changing priorities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Optional additional experience:
- Health care applications.
- Experience with automated pharmaceutical supply chain management.
- Microsoft Azure.
- LogMeIn.
- Experience with Pyxis or Cubex cabinets.
- Team Foundation Server / Azure DevOps
- HIPAA training and certification.
Hours of Operation/Travel:
- Generally working from the Corporate Office in Scottsdale
- Hybrid work schedule consisting of Mondays through Thursdays in the Office and Fridays working from home. Summer hours: T-Th in the office and Monday and Friday working from home.
- Limited to no travel is required.

Compensation
- $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 DOE
