Quality Assurance Database Assistant At Circle Of Care St. Louis

Circle of Care St. Louis seeks a part-time Quality Assurance Database Assistant (QADA) to join our team. The QADA is responsible for the maintenance and updates of critical client information data and the accurate and prompt completion of all data processing tasks to support the social services, community wellness, and home care divisions at Circle of Care St. Louis. 

Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited institution or appropriate combination of experience and education
• Minimum of (2) years experience in administrative support function
• Prior working/volunteering experience in a nonprofit setting is an asset
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and applications
• Strong attention to detail, a passion for accuracy, and a person-centered mode of thought
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, with limited supervision or oversight 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting critical deadlines 
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure best practices are utilized to optimize our support for seniors and adults with disabilities. 
• Knowledge of Charity Tracker database is a plus

Responsibitlities

• The QADA also provides administrative support to additional internal departments that rely on our data's accuracy and integrity.
• Support the CEO in achieving our strategic goals and implementing solutions to increase data integrity and accuracy.
• Complete data inquiries, data processing, and analysis that relates to intakes, case management, caregiving, care coordination, community education and outreach, data integrity, and audit requirements
• Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures documents as needed.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $15.50 - $18.50/hour.
